Our Mission

Our mission is clear: to facilitate the adoption of rescued cats and kittens into loving, permanent homes. But our work doesn't stop there. We are also staunch advocates for the care and well-being of homeless cats, striving to educate the public on crucial matters such as spaying/neutering, prevention of animal cruelty, and responsible pet ownership.

TNVR Programs for Feral Cat Welfare​

At WSCR, we are proactive in our community, advocating for trap-neuter-vaccinate-release (TNVR) programs to manage feral cat populations. Through our efforts, we aim to provide food and shelters for feral colony caregivers, ensuring that even our most vulnerable feline friends receive the care they deserve.
